The over-riding strategy is to identify young STEM talent, educate them locally and provide attractive career opportunities in or near the Dayton market area. This not only serves students and families, but it also provides graduate STEM talent to our industrial partners for their growing needs.
This entire closed loop growth engine can be managed by local entrepreneurial talent at an overhead cost of less than 5% of revenue.
